At the beginning of every week, we will meet LIVE over Zoom for 60 minutes to do a deep dive into the training topic for the week. Sessions will be recorded.
Growth requires frequent engagement. Every day of the work week you will receive additional growth insights that will keep you engaged from 15-30 minutes a day in your leadership development.
Without application, learning is wasted and growth opportunities are missed. You will be challenged to engage in individual and team exercises every week during the Bootcamp.
GiANT Worldwide, a global person-centered leadership development organization, provides an arsenal of leadership tools that will be utilized throughout the Bootcamp, including the 5 Voices Assessment.
For those engaged in the Full Tier of the Bootcamp, two 1-on-1 leadership coaching sessions will be scheduled with the Coach, Jesse. These will equip you to apply the content further, take deeper action, and dive into strategies for implementing your learning in your specific context.

My passion is people.
I want to help as many people as I can thrive in life. This is part of the legacy I want to leave, and I believe this begins with helping intentional leaders create healthy cultures for their people.
For the past decade, I have worked in a variety of leadership roles as a pastor, mental health counselor, consultant, and leadership coach. In 2022 I founded The Intentional Leader, LLC in order to help people become healthy, intentional leaders that bring out the best in those around them.
I am a relentless encourager, passionate speaker, and compassionate listener. I utilize my understanding of people, passion for leadership, and training in mental health to guide people to unlock their potential and become the greatest version of themselves.
On a personal note, my family means the world to me! I've had the privilege and responsibility of being a healthy, intentional leader for my radiant wife and joyful son. I love playing games, going for hikes, and exploring the world.
I would love to get to know you and
your story.
